Piano & Forte chiude il cartellone estivo della Fondazione Haydn con un incontro tra due grandi protagonisti: il pianoforte e l’orchestra. Al centro del programma, il Concerto per pianoforte e orchestra n. 2 di Dmitrij Šostakovič, pagina brillante e coinvolgente in cui energia, lirismo e ironia si intrecciano in un equilibrio sorprendente. Composto con una scrittura vivace e ricca di contrasti, il Concerto mette in luce il dialogo tra il solista e l’orchestra, offrendo momenti di grande intensità e virtuosismo. A completare la serata sarà la Serenata n. 1 di Johannes Brahms, opera giovanile dal carattere luminoso e raffinato, ispirata alla tradizione della musica d’intrattenimento settecentesca, ma già segnata dalla profondità espressiva del compositore.
